In the end of March, EuropeYou had the chance to present the IO1.3 Digital Competences for CCS guidelines during an international training held in Benalmadena, Spain. Participants got to know more about the findings of the two previous researches (IO1.1 and IO1.2), outlining the digital competences more relevant to the CCS, the skills needed at different work levels and cultural areas as well as the most promising pedagogical and technology-enhanced learning concepts, approaches and methods in achieving better digital skills for CCS adult learners that should be addressed by the DCM MOOC, according to the specific participants needs.
