Dissemination event in Estonia

At the beginning of March, our Estonian partner Nooruse Maja presented the results of the DCM project for two consecutive days. On March 8 to the delegation of the city’s cultural workers and on March 9 to the volunteers of Pärnu College, who are studying cultural organization and project management.  In both groups, they came to the conclusion that difficult times in the sector continue.

COVID restrictions are easing, but the effects of the war on Ukraine could have a very direct and negative impact on the cultural sector.
